Pricing
Competitive Pricing at Every Volume
Avanta Pharma Group works through established 503A pharmacy partner relationships and combines purchasing volume across the clinics it supplies to negotiate rates that scale. Whether a practice orders a couple of dozen vials a month or several hundred, pricing is banded rather than gated behind a large minimum commitment, and the entry band is orderable at published list pricing without a call.
- Band 125-49 orders a month$80 per vial: list price, orderable with no call
- Band 250-99 orders a month$75 per vial
- Band 3100-199 orders a month$70 per vial
- Band 4200+ orders a month$65 per vial, the lowest published price
Published list pricing
- Semaglutide 1 mL (2.5 mg/mL)
- from $65per vial at 200+ a month
- Tirzepatide 1 mL (10 mg/mL)
- from $100per vial
- List pricing orderable with no call
- Volume pricing quoted on a call
- Shipping $25 standard, $45 overnight
- To the clinic or direct to the patient
Of the 19 suppliers Clinic Partner Guide tracks (12 sourcing platforms and 7 pharmacies), 2 publish per-vial rates a clinic can read before making contact, and Avanta Pharma Group is one of them. Most of this market quotes only after a call or a provider account, which is why the figures above are unusual rather than ordinary. They are Avanta Pharma Group’s own published list rates, read from its site on 2026-10-22, and you can check them there.
Rates shown are Avanta Pharma Group’s published list pricing and may change. Volume pricing is quoted per clinic, so the rate a practice pays depends on its own monthly volume, formulation and terms. Avanta Pharma Group is a pharmacy sourcing partner: compounding is performed by its 503A pharmacy partners rather than by Avanta Pharma Group itself.
Opening an account with a compounding supplier: what they ask a clinic for, and what to have ready
As of 18 October 2026, we found no standard account-opening packet for clinics in any source we read: each compounding supplier sets its own sign-up. The pages we read ask for some mix of practice and contact details, an NPI and state license numbers, who prescribes and who orders, and sometimes a signed BAA. Have those ready, and ask what is checked, and when.

What a published answer looks like: entry paths in the index
Quoted from each record's onboarding-speed and ordering-workflow reasons, read 18 October 2026 (The Banyan Network's: 19 October 2026; scored 31 August 2026; its record verified 18 October 2026)Source 1. Avanta Pharma Group is left out: Clinic Partner Guide has a commercial affiliation with it (see the disclosure above), so this page does not quote its onboarding record. Each record reflects the platform's pages on the date it was verified, and pages can change after that, so the next section quotes the sign-up pages as read today. A quote is not a verdict on service.

Key takeaways
- The Banyan Network. Asks for: form fields "NPI", "State license number" and "State(s) you operate in", plus practice and contact details and "What do you prescribe?". It suggests you "send a recent compounding invoice to" its address. Says is checked, and when: "We verify your NPI and state license and confirm which partner pharmacies are licensed for your states." It says "we validate and open your account the same business day".Source 5
- VitaRelay. Asks for: practice registration runs to "Step 1 of 9". Step 1 reads: "Practice NPI is collected only when applicable; each prescriber adds their Type 1 NPI on the next page." Later steps were not read. Says is checked, and when: the page footer states a review within 24 to 48 hours.Source 6
- Fizy Health. Asks for: "Organization name", "Clinic name", first and last name, phone, email and password.Source 7 Says is checked, and when: "Invite prescribers and staff with roles, NPI validation, DEA checks, and licensed states." "Credentials verified at onboarding." "Every clinic signs a BAA at onboarding." "Sign up, get approved, and place your first order in under 10 minutes."Source 8

Five things to have ready, or ask for in writing
The sign-up pages above ask for different things, so no single list fits every supplier. These five cover what they ask for and the questions they leave open.
Practice identity, and who holds the account.
Fizy Health's form asks for an "Organization name" and a "Clinic name"Source 7; VitaRelay's registration says "Practices register as an organization."Source 6Have ready: the practice's legal name, each location's name and the account holder. Ask in writing: whether the account sits with the organization or with each location.
NPI and license numbers, for every state.
The Banyan Network's form asks for "NPI", "State license number" and "State(s) you operate in"Source 5; VitaRelay's has each prescriber add a Type 1 NPI.Source 6 Have ready: the practice NPI if it has one, each prescriber's NPI, and license numbers for each state. Ask in writing: which numbers the supplier verifies, and whether it confirms the filling pharmacy is licensed for your states. What a state requires of your clinic or prescribers is a question for its board and your counsel.
A roster of who prescribes and who orders.
AutoPilotRx's sign-up page states "Prescribers submit Rx orders. Non-prescribers queue orders for approval."Source 10Fizy Health's home page lists "NPI validation, DEA checks, and licensed states" for invited prescribers and staff.Source 8 Have ready: each user, their role and whether they prescribe. Ask in writing: which credentials are checked for each role, and when.
The documents you will be asked to accept.
Fizy Health's home page states "Every clinic signs a BAA at onboarding."Source 8Have ready: the name of the person who signs for the clinic. Ask in writing for a dated copy of every document you accept at sign-up (terms, a business associate agreement, an account agreement) before you accept it. Whether your clinic needs a given agreement is a question for counsel.
A current order list, and a time to an open account.
The Banyan Network's page suggests sending "a recent compounding invoice" to have pricing ready, and its form reads "Do not include patient information in this form."Source 5Have ready: your current items and volumes, as a list a supplier can price. Ask in writing: the supplier's own estimate from complete paperwork to an account that can order, and what happens if something is missing.
What this page does not cover
This page covers the clinic's side of opening a supplier account. Prescriptions, which prescriber may order what, and what a state requires of a clinic or prescriber are out of scope: those are questions for the state board and your counsel.
The supplier's own licensing is covered in our due-diligence fileSource 14. Once the account is open, our reorder guideSource 15 covers the second order; if you are leaving another supplier, our transition planSource 16 sets out the sequence.
In our methodology's words, "A platform can change its pages the day after we read them."Source 3Re-read a sign-up page before you rely on it.
Questions clinics ask
What does a compounding supplier ask a clinic for to open an account?
It depends on the supplier. On 18 October 2026, the sign-up pages we could read asked for practice and contact details, and some also for an NPI, state license numbers, the states you operate in or each prescriber's NPISource 5.Source 6 One states that every clinic signs a BAA at onboarding.Source 8 Ask each supplier for its full list in writing.
Is there a standard account application for compounding suppliers?
Not one we found. No source we read on 18 October 2026 described one: each supplier publishes its own sign-up, and they differ in what they collect and when they check it.
How long does opening an account take?
Suppliers state their own times, and those times are provider-reported. On 18 October 2026, The Banyan Network's page said "we validate and open your account the same business day"Source 5, and Fizy Health's read "Sign up, get approved, and place your first order in under 10 minutes."Source 8Ask for the supplier's own estimate from complete paperwork to a first order.

What each 503A pharmacy partner publishes about pricing
There is no standard 503A compounding pharmacy price for clinics, and the reason is disclosure rather than variation alone: of the 12 sourcing platforms in this index, one publishes actual clinic rates. The rest either describe how pricing works without saying what it costs, or publish nothing about price and quote only after a call. Read as at 2026-08-31, except where a row gives a later date.
| Platform | Clinic pricing | What is published |
|---|---|---|
| Rates published | Publishes a full per-vial retail schedule for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by concentration and vial size (semaglutide 1 mL at 2.5 mg/mL $80, falling to $65 at 200+ orders a month; tirzepatide from $100 per 1 mL vial), four monthly-volume bands (25-49, 50-99, 100-199, 200+) and an on-site price comparison calculator. List pricing is orderable with no call; volume pricing is quoted on a call.Re-read 2026-10-22 | |
| Model only, no rates | States pricing, state licensing and formularies are comparable in-portal and free for providers. No per-clinic negotiated pricing is stated. | |
