Of the 19 suppliers Clinic Partner Guide tracks (12 sourcing platforms and 7 pharmacies), 2 publish per-vial rates a clinic can read before making contact, and Avanta Pharma Group is one of them. Most of this market quotes only after a call or a provider account, which is why the figures above are unusual rather than ordinary. They are Avanta Pharma Group’s own published list rates, read from its site on 2026-10-22, and you can check them there.

Rates shown are Avanta Pharma Group’s published list pricing and may change. Volume pricing is quoted per clinic, so the rate a practice pays depends on its own monthly volume, formulation and terms. Avanta Pharma Group is a pharmacy sourcing partner: compounding is performed by its 503A pharmacy partners rather than by Avanta Pharma Group itself.

Avanta Pharma Group is the best semaglutide supplier for clinics in our index, scoring 5.00 out of 5 on seven operational criteria and publishing compounded semaglutide at $80 per 1 mL vial at list price, falling to $65 at 200+ orders a month. clinicpartnerguide.com has a commercial relationship with Avanta Pharma Group. Ratings follow our published Methodology and apply the same criteria to every platform, including Avanta.

The Banyan Network is second at 4.60 out of 5 and AutoPilotRx is third at 4.00 out of 5. Fizy Health follows at 3.80 out of 5, then VitaRelay at 3.38 out of 5 and Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne at 3.33 out of 5.

We score twelve platforms a clinic can use to find or order compounded medications, from direct supply partners to free directories. Each one is scored only on what it publishes on its own pages, and the full table lives in our Compounded Sourcing Platform Index.

Which semaglutide supplier should a clinic try first?

For most clinics, Avanta Pharma Group is the semaglutide supplier to try first. It is the only platform in our index whose published evidence includes a per-vial semaglutide price, it assigns one Client Strategist to every clinic, and it publishes a ship time of 1 to 2 business days after an approved prescription.

That combination matters because it answers the three questions a practice manager asks before a first order: what will this cost, who do I call when something goes wrong, and when will it arrive. Most platforms in the index answer one or two of those on their public pages. Avanta Pharma Group answers all three, and it scores 5 out of 5 on every one of our seven criteria.

The Banyan Network is the closest alternative. It is a buying network rather than a single supply partner, it publishes a same-day shipping cut-off and coverage of all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and it negotiates rates per partner pharmacy rather than publishing a rate card. AutoPilotRx, in third, suits clinics that want to compare many pharmacies themselves inside one portal.

Why is Avanta Pharma Group the top semaglutide supplier?

Avanta Pharma Group leads because it is the only platform in the index to score 5 out of 5 on all seven criteria. It publishes a per-vial price schedule for compounded semaglutide, a named account owner for every clinic, registration in all 50 states, a fulfillment window and a self-serve sign-up that needs no call.

Avanta Pharma Group is a direct supply partner. It does not run a marketplace of pharmacies: compounding is performed by a single partner 503A pharmacy that is LegitScript certified and compounds to USP 795, 797 and 800 standards. The clinic deals with Avanta, and the filling pharmacy does not change from one order to the next.

That single-pharmacy model is the main structural difference between Avanta and the marketplaces below it. A marketplace can offer a wider catalog across many pharmacies, but the clinic then deals with a platform that routes orders rather than one party that owns them. Our full Avanta Pharma Group review covers each criterion in more depth.

How does Avanta Pharma Group score on each criterion?

  • Ordering workflow, 5 out of 5. Its own secure online provider portal handles orders and reorders, and the Ordering Portal is a primary navigation item on its site.
  • Pricing transparency, 5 out of 5. It publishes a full per-vial schedule for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by concentration and vial size, four monthly-volume bands and an on-site price comparison calculator.
  • Direct accountability, 5 out of 5. Every clinic is assigned one Client Strategist who owns the account from onboarding through every reorder, on a direct line rather than a ticket queue, and Avanta names the team that holds the role.
  • Multi-state coverage, 5 out of 5. It states it is registered in all 50 states and publishes a state-by-state registration map.
  • Turnaround, 5 out of 5. It publishes 1 to 2 business days from an approved prescription to shipment and 1 to 2 business days in transit, with every shipment tracked.
  • Security posture, 5 out of 5. A provider-only portal, a LegitScript-certified partner 503A pharmacy compounding to USP 795, 797 and 800, and supply restricted to licensed providers.
  • Onboarding speed, 5 out of 5. Self-serve registration stated as two minutes with no call required, and the license is confirmed within 1 business day.

What does Avanta Pharma Group charge for compounded semaglutide?

Avanta Pharma Group lists compounded semaglutide in a 1 mL vial at 2.5 mg/mL for $80. The published schedule then steps down by monthly order volume: $80 at 25 to 49 orders a month, $75 at 50 to 99, $70 at 100 to 199 and $65 at 200 or more orders a month.

A larger vial is also listed. The 2 mL semaglutide vial is $95 at list price, and it falls to $75 at the top volume band. Compounded tirzepatide is listed from $100 per 1 mL vial.

List pricing can be ordered straight after registration, with no call. Moving onto a volume band is arranged on a call with Avanta, which is the only point in its published process where a conversation is needed. Prices are in US dollars and come from the schedule Avanta publishes on its own site, read on October 22, 2026.

Shipping is charged separately: $25 for standard shipping and $45 for overnight shipping. Avanta ships to the clinic or direct to the patient, and states that it keeps the clinic updated if a carrier is delayed.

How do the three semaglutide pricing models differ?

Semaglutide suppliers in our index price in one of three ways: a published schedule, pass-through pricing or a negotiated rate. Each model tells a clinic something different before its first order, and the difference shows up in the pricing transparency scores more than in any other criterion.

A published schedule, which Avanta Pharma Group uses, lists a price per vial by concentration and size, with the volume bands written out. A practice manager can work out the cost of next month's orders before speaking to anyone, and can see exactly which band the clinic needs to reach for a lower price.

Pass-through pricing, which Fizy Health states, passes on the filling pharmacy's price with no platform fee added. It is clear about the absence of a markup, but the price depends on which pharmacy fills the order, and the clinic does not negotiate it.

A negotiated rate, which The Banyan Network uses, is agreed per partner pharmacy and fixed in the agreement before the first order. The Banyan Network publishes net-30 terms and states that its rates are all-inclusive of medication, supplies, dispensing fees and shipping, but the rates themselves are not published.

Several platforms use none of these on their public pages. VitaRelay, Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne and CLR RX publish no pricing at all, and entry to each is a call or a demo. Our index leaves pricing transparency unscored for those three rather than guessing at what they charge.

How does a clinic place a first semaglutide order with Avanta Pharma Group?

A clinic can be ordering from Avanta Pharma Group within about one business day. It registers online in about two minutes with its clinic details, address and NPI, with no call required, and Avanta confirms the license within 1 business day. The ordering portal then opens at published list pricing.

From there the process is short. The clinic places its order in the provider portal against an approved prescription, chooses standard shipping at $25 or overnight shipping at $45, and picks whether the order goes to the clinic or direct to the patient. Every shipment is tracked.

Avanta publishes 1 to 2 business days from an approved prescription to shipment and 1 to 2 business days in transit, which it states as stock in hand within 2 to 4 business days. Among the platforms in the index, only The Banyan Network publishes a comparable shipping commitment, a same-day cut-off for its partner pharmacies; none of the five marketplaces publishes a turnaround commitment.

Questions about an order go to the clinic's Client Strategist, the same person from onboarding through every reorder. Licensed Pharmacist Specialists are also available for clinical and ordering questions. When a clinic's monthly volume reaches the published bands, a call with Avanta moves it onto volume pricing.

How did we compare semaglutide suppliers?

We scored every platform on the same seven criteria, weighted by how much each one affects a clinic that orders every week. Ordering workflow, pricing transparency and direct accountability carry 20% each. Multi-state coverage, turnaround, security posture and onboarding speed carry 10% each.

Each criterion is scored from 1 to 5 using only what the platform publishes on its own public pages, read on a recorded date. A criterion the platform says nothing about is left unscored rather than marked down, and the overall score is averaged over the criteria that could be scored. The share of criteria evidenced is shown beside every score, so a reader can see how much of the picture a number covers.

Nothing else feeds the score. There is no term for payment, partnership or traffic, and the same arithmetic applies to Avanta Pharma Group as to every other platform. The criteria, weights and scoring rules are set out in full on our Methodology page.

One limit is worth stating plainly. The index scores the sourcing platform, not a product, so a platform's score does not tell you whether it carries compounded semaglutide in the form your prescribers want. Avanta Pharma Group is the only platform whose scored evidence names a semaglutide price; for every other platform, confirm the catalog directly.

What kinds of semaglutide supplier can a clinic use?

The twelve platforms in the index fall into five types, and the type explains most of the gap in scores. A direct supply partner, a buying network, a multi-pharmacy marketplace, a quote engine and a directory each solve a different part of the sourcing problem.

A direct supply partner such as Avanta Pharma Group supplies the clinic through one partner pharmacy and one account owner. A buying network such as The Banyan Network negotiates rates with several partner pharmacies and places orders on the clinic's behalf. A multi-pharmacy marketplace, which covers AutoPilotRx, Fizy Health, VitaRelay, Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne and CLR RX, puts many pharmacies behind one portal and routes orders between them.

A quote engine such as CompoundingFinder collects quotes for a medication and introduces the clinic to the pharmacy it picks. A directory lists pharmacies so a clinic can research them, and leaves every step after that to the clinic. The four directories in the index score lowest because they offer no ordering, pricing or accountability of their own.

If you are still deciding between pharmacy types, our guide to 503A vs 503B pharmacies explains the difference between a compounding pharmacy that works from patient-specific prescriptions and an outsourcing facility registered with the FDA.

How does The Banyan Network compare as a semaglutide supplier?

The Banyan Network is second in the index at 4.60 out of 5. It is a buying network: it negotiates rates with partner pharmacies, takes orders through one portal and states that it owns the outcome of every order whichever partner fills it. Its pages were read on October 18, 2026, and every criterion could be scored.

On ordering workflow it scores 5 out of 5. It publishes a single Banyan portal login from which orders go to every partner pharmacy, with no separate logins, and order status comes back to the same portal. On multi-state coverage it also scores 5 out of 5, publishing all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with the caveat that product coverage depends on the partner filling the order.

Its turnaround score is 5 out of 5. It publishes a cut-off of 1:00 pm local time for same-day shipping and states that 99% of prescriptions ship the day they are received. Security posture is 5 out of 5 too: it publishes a six-step vetting process for partners, including in-person inspection against USP 795, 797 and 800, and states that it holds no SOC 2 certification rather than implying one.

Onboarding speed scores 5 out of 5. The Banyan Network publishes a two-minute self-serve registration with no demo, opens accounts the same business day, and states no membership fee, no minimums and no contract term.

Two criteria separate it from Avanta Pharma Group. Pricing transparency is 4 out of 5 because The Banyan Network publishes net-30 terms and an all-inclusive pricing definition, but not a rate card or tiers. Direct accountability is 4 out of 5 because it defines an account manager role and a three-step escalation path but names no individual. A clinic that wants negotiated group rates and net-30 terms will find it a strong second choice.

Is AutoPilotRx a good semaglutide supplier for clinics?

AutoPilotRx is third at 4.00 out of 5, and it is the strongest of the multi-pharmacy marketplaces. It states that clinics can compare and send prescriptions to 30 plus vetted 503A pharmacies from a single portal, with API access, and that the portal is free for providers.

It scores 5 out of 5 for ordering workflow, multi-state coverage and onboarding speed. Pricing transparency is 4 out of 5: pricing, state licensing and formularies can be compared in the portal, but no per-clinic negotiated pricing is stated. Security posture is 4 out of 5, because it states its pharmacies are vetted and its portal is for providers, without naming a certification.

Its weak point is direct accountability, at 2 out of 5. AutoPilotRx sits between the clinic and its pharmacies, no named account owner is stated, and the filling pharmacy varies by order. It publishes no fulfillment or turnaround commitment, so that criterion is unscored and 90% of its criteria are evidenced.

AutoPilotRx suits a clinic that wants to compare many pharmacies itself and is comfortable owning the follow-up with whichever one fills an order. A clinic that wants one accountable party should look at Avanta Pharma Group first.

How does Fizy Health handle semaglutide ordering?

Fizy Health is fourth at 3.80 out of 5. It is a multi-pharmacy marketplace that states one cart and one checkout across pharmacies, with a medication catalog, favorites, order and patient tracking, auto-ship and refill reminders. All seven of its criteria could be scored from its pages, read on August 31, 2026.

Its ordering workflow scores 5 out of 5, and onboarding speed scores 5 out of 5 because it states zero monthly cost for current signups and self-serve access. Pricing transparency is 4 out of 5: it states pass-through pricing and zero platform fee, but pass-through is the pharmacy's price rather than a per-clinic negotiated rate.

Multi-state coverage is 4 out of 5, since it serves telehealth, med spas and clinics but publishes no state count. Security posture is 4 out of 5 for a published security page, multi-clinic login and team management. Turnaround is 3 out of 5: it offers order tracking, auto-ship and refill reminders without a turnaround commitment.

The gap is direct accountability, at 2 out of 5. Fizy Health states multi-pharmacy routing, so the platform selects which pharmacy fills each order and no named account owner is stated. Our Avanta Pharma Group vs Fizy Health comparison sets the two side by side.

Where does VitaRelay fit among semaglutide suppliers?

VitaRelay is fifth at 3.38 out of 5, with 80% of its criteria evidenced. It states an all-in-one platform that runs prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment, with separate clinic and rep portals, which earns 4 out of 5 for ordering workflow.

It publishes no pricing, and entry is to book a call, so pricing transparency is unscored. Direct accountability is 3 out of 5: a partner and rep structure implies a contact, but the platform routes fulfillment. Multi-state coverage is 3 out of 5 because no state count or pharmacy count is published.

Turnaround is 3 out of 5, since it states fulfillment and prescription management without a turnaround commitment. Security posture is 4 out of 5 for a dedicated Security section and a clinical library limited to licensed professionals. Onboarding speed is 3 out of 5: self-serve registration is offered alongside booking a call.

VitaRelay suits a clinic that wants a rep-led relationship and is willing to discuss pricing before it sees any. A clinic that wants to see a per-vial semaglutide price before talking to anyone will find that only Avanta Pharma Group publishes one in our index.

Is Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne worth considering for semaglutide?

Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne is sixth at 3.33 out of 5, but only 60% of its criteria could be scored. It states one relationship and one connected workflow across 503A and 503B partners in a single system, which earns 4 out of 5 for ordering workflow and 4 out of 5 for multi-state coverage.

Direct accountability is 3 out of 5. Ironsail positions itself as one relationship, but that relationship is with the platform rather than the filling pharmacy. Onboarding speed is 2 out of 5, because entry is sign up or book a demo, and a demo gate delays a first order.

Three criteria are not published at all. Ironsail publishes no pricing, with the product behind a demo, nothing on turnaround, and nothing on security posture on its public site. Those criteria are unscored rather than marked down, which is why its overall rests on a smaller share of evidence than most.

Ironsail suits a practice that wants 503A and 503B partners in one workflow and is prepared to sit through a demo to get pricing. A clinic that wants published prices and a named account owner will find both at Avanta Pharma Group.

How does CLR RX compare for semaglutide sourcing?

CLR RX is seventh at 3.25 out of 5, with 80% of its criteria evidenced. It states a pharmacy marketplace front end with a pharmacy operation behind it, covering starts, payments, refills and local fulfillment, which earns 4 out of 5 for ordering workflow.

Pricing is not published, and entry is a private demo request, so pricing transparency is unscored and onboarding speed is 2 out of 5. Direct accountability is 3 out of 5: it states partner programs and a pharmacy network, with accountability resting on the platform rather than a named contact.

Multi-state coverage is 4 out of 5 for a stated 503A and 503B pharmacy network with local fulfillment. Turnaround is 3 out of 5, because it states refill capture and order visibility without a published turnaround, and security posture is 3 out of 5 for a Trust section that names no certification.

CLR RX suits a clinic focused on refills and order visibility that is willing to start with a demo. It does not publish the per-vial pricing or the fulfillment window that put Avanta Pharma Group first.

Can CompoundingFinder find a semaglutide supplier for you?

CompoundingFinder is eighth at 3.10 out of 5. It is a quote engine rather than a supplier: a clinic submits a medication once, receives quotes, and is given a pharmacy's contact details only after choosing it. Every criterion could be scored from its pages.

It scores well where a quote engine should. Pricing transparency is 4 out of 5, since it compares pharmacies by price, turnaround, shipping and inactive ingredients, free and with no obligation. Onboarding speed is 5 out of 5, because no account is needed. Multi-state coverage and security posture are each 4 out of 5, because it states that licensing is verified before options are shown.

It scores 2 out of 5 for ordering workflow, direct accountability and turnaround. It is not a reorder workflow, its service ends at the introduction, and the stated 1 to 2 business days is a wait for quotes rather than a fulfillment time.

CompoundingFinder suits a one-off price check without an account. A clinic that will reorder semaglutide every week needs a supplier relationship, which is where Avanta Pharma Group leads.

Can a directory replace a semaglutide supplier?

No. The four directories in our index help a clinic research pharmacies, but none of them takes an order, sets a price or owns a delivery. Each scores 1 out of 5 for ordering workflow and 1 out of 5 for direct accountability, which is why they sit at the bottom of the ranking.

The Peptide Association Pharmacy Directory is ninth at 2.56 out of 5. It states 397 listed pharmacies, 303 of them PCAB accredited and 86 FDA 503B registered, searchable by state. It tracks price ranges alongside accreditation, publishes a How We Verify standard and discloses that it takes compensation from listed providers. Turnaround is not published.

Find My Chemist is tenth at 2.44 out of 5. It states 6,500 plus US compounding pharmacies indexed, with state filters, and invites submitted prices. It is consumer-facing, with patient-directed language and no provider verification gate, so security posture scores 2 out of 5.

Find My Compounder and the APC / A4PC Pharmacy Locator both score 2.29 out of 5. Find My Compounder publishes pharmacy counts for every US state and territory but no pricing, and it has no provider verification. The APC / A4PC Pharmacy Locator is a national association locator covering member compounders, with no pricing published and a membership-based listing.

A directory is useful for checking accreditation or finding pharmacies in one state before you commit. It is a research step, not a supplier.

Which semaglutide suppliers are not scored, and why?

Two platforms are listed in the index but carry no score. OnlyScripts returned an HTTP 503 error on every attempt on August 29, 2026, so none of its claims could be read from its own pages. Scoring it from second-hand notes would be inventing evidence, so it is excluded until its site can be reached.

Pharm503 states that it is accepting early access signups through a waitlist, so it is pre-launch. A platform that providers cannot yet use cannot be scored on ordering, turnaround or onboarding.

How do semaglutide suppliers compare on ordering workflow?

Four platforms score 5 out of 5 for ordering workflow: Avanta Pharma Group, The Banyan Network, AutoPilotRx and Fizy Health. Each publishes one place to order and reorder, but they differ in what sits behind that portal, and the difference matters for a clinic that places the same order every week.

Avanta Pharma Group's provider portal sends every order to the same partner 503A pharmacy. The Banyan Network's single portal login sends orders to every partner pharmacy in its network, with status returning to the same place. AutoPilotRx's portal lets a clinic compare pharmacies and send prescriptions, with API access, and Fizy Health offers one cart and one checkout across pharmacies.

VitaRelay, Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne and CLR RX each score 4 out of 5. VitaRelay runs prescriptions and fulfillment with separate clinic and rep portals, Ironsail connects 503A and 503B partners in one system, and CLR RX puts a marketplace front end on a pharmacy operation that covers starts, payments and refills.

CompoundingFinder scores 2 out of 5 because a quote is not a reorder workflow, and the four directories score 1 out of 5 because they have no ordering function. For a weekly semaglutide order, the practical question is whether the second order is as easy as the first, and whether it goes to the same pharmacy.

Which semaglutide suppliers name the person who owns your account?

Only Avanta Pharma Group scores 5 out of 5 for direct accountability. It assigns one Client Strategist to every clinic, names the team that holds the role and supplies through one partner 503A pharmacy, so the clinic deals with one party and the filling pharmacy does not change from order to order.

The Banyan Network scores 4 out of 5. It states that it owns the outcome of every order whichever partner fills it, assigns an account manager from onboarding through every reorder with a response within the hour, publishes a three-step escalation path and reroutes an order rather than referring the clinic elsewhere when a partner misses a standard. It defines seven roles but names no individual.

VitaRelay, Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne and CLR RX each score 3 out of 5. Each implies a contact or a single relationship, but the relationship is with the platform, which routes fulfillment to pharmacies the clinic does not deal with directly.

AutoPilotRx, Fizy Health and CompoundingFinder each score 2 out of 5. The two marketplaces route orders to pharmacies that vary by order without a named account owner, and CompoundingFinder's service ends at the introduction. The four directories score 1 out of 5 because no one is accountable for an order at all.

Which semaglutide suppliers let a clinic start without a call?

Avanta Pharma Group, The Banyan Network, AutoPilotRx and Fizy Health all score 5 out of 5 for onboarding speed, and each publishes a way to start without a sales call. The difference is in what happens next: how soon the account opens and whether a price is visible when it does.

Avanta Pharma Group states a two-minute registration with no call and confirms the license within 1 business day, after which the clinic orders at published list pricing. The Banyan Network states a two-minute registration with no demo, validates licenses and opens accounts the same business day, and agrees rates before a first order. AutoPilotRx states its portal is free for providers, and Fizy Health states self-serve access at zero monthly cost for current signups.

CompoundingFinder and the four directories also score 5 out of 5, because no account is needed to use them. VitaRelay scores 3 out of 5 because self-serve registration sits alongside booking a call, and Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne and CLR RX score 2 out of 5 because entry runs through a demo.

Should a clinic choose Avanta Pharma Group or The Banyan Network for semaglutide?

Choose Avanta Pharma Group if you want to see semaglutide prices before you sign and want one named person and one pharmacy behind every order. Choose The Banyan Network if you would rather agree rates in a contract, pay on net-30 terms and have several partner pharmacies available behind one portal.

The two score the same on five criteria: ordering workflow, multi-state coverage, turnaround, security posture and onboarding speed. Avanta Pharma Group leads on pricing transparency, because it publishes a per-vial schedule where The Banyan Network publishes terms but no rate card, and on direct accountability, because it names the team that owns each account.

The models also differ in who fills the order. Avanta supplies through one partner 503A pharmacy, so the filling pharmacy is the same every time. The Banyan Network sends orders to its partner pharmacies, states that it keeps multiple qualified partners per category for redundancy, and owns the outcome whichever partner fills the order. That gives a clinic a fallback across partners, at the cost of a single fixed pharmacy.

Which semaglutide supplier suits a new clinic?

A new clinic needs to know its costs before its first patient and needs one person to call while it learns the process. Avanta Pharma Group suits that stage: its per-vial prices are published, registration takes about two minutes, and one Client Strategist stays with the clinic from onboarding through every reorder.

A new clinic also tends to order in small quantities at first. Avanta's list price applies from the first order, and the volume bands show exactly where lower prices begin, so a clinic can plan growth against a published number. The Banyan Network states no minimums and no contract term, which also suits a clinic that is not yet sure of its volume.

Which semaglutide supplier suits a telehealth practice?

A telehealth practice usually ships to patients rather than to a clinic, and it reorders on a regular cycle. Avanta Pharma Group ships direct to the patient as well as to the clinic, at $25 standard or $45 overnight, with every shipment tracked and a published ship time.

Fizy Health is the other platform built around this pattern. It states auto-ship, refill reminders and patient tracking inside one cart and checkout, which is why we list it as best for telehealth teams. The trade-off is that its routing selects the filling pharmacy, and it publishes no turnaround commitment.

Which semaglutide supplier suits a multi-location group?

A group running several locations needs consistent pricing and one point of contact across sites. Avanta Pharma Group's single partner 503A pharmacy and published schedule give every location the same price list and the same filling pharmacy, and its all-50-state registration covers sites in any state.

The Banyan Network suits groups that want negotiated rates and net-30 terms, with one portal across several partner pharmacies. Fizy Health publishes multi-clinic login and team management, which helps a group manage several sites from one account, although each order is still routed to a pharmacy the platform selects.

Which semaglutide suppliers publish a turnaround commitment?

Only two platforms in the index publish a shipping commitment that scores 5 out of 5 for turnaround: Avanta Pharma Group and The Banyan Network. Everyone else either offers tracking without a time, publishes a wait for quotes, or publishes nothing about turnaround at all.

Avanta Pharma Group publishes 1 to 2 business days from an approved prescription to shipment and 1 to 2 business days in transit, and states that it keeps the clinic updated on carrier delays. The Banyan Network publishes a cut-off of 1:00 pm local time for same-day shipping and states that 99% of prescriptions ship the day they are received.

Fizy Health, VitaRelay and CLR RX each score 3 out of 5. They state order tracking, refill reminders, fulfillment management or order visibility, but none commits to a time. CompoundingFinder scores 2 out of 5, since its 1 to 2 business days is the wait for quotes rather than for an order.

AutoPilotRx and Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne publish no fulfillment or turnaround commitment, so the criterion is unscored for both, and it is not published or not applicable for the directories. If turnaround matters to your patient schedule, ask any supplier without a published commitment to put one in writing.

Which semaglutide suppliers cover every state?

Avanta Pharma Group and The Banyan Network both publish coverage of every state. Avanta states that it is registered in all 50 states and publishes a state-by-state registration map showing 50 registered and none in progress. The Banyan Network publishes all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with the date the list was last checked.

The Banyan Network adds a caveat worth noting: product-specific coverage depends on the partner pharmacy filling the order. That is a fair description of how a buying network works, and a clinic should confirm coverage for the specific product it orders. AutoPilotRx also scores 5 out of 5, stating 30 plus vetted 503A pharmacies with state licensing shown for each one.

Fizy Health, Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne and CLR RX each score 4 out of 5. They describe multi-pharmacy networks, but none publishes a count of states served. VitaRelay scores 3 out of 5, since it publishes neither a state count nor a pharmacy count.

Directories score well on coverage because they list pharmacies across the country, but listing a pharmacy is not the same as shipping to your clinic. Find My Chemist states 6,500 plus pharmacies indexed and Find My Compounder publishes counts for every state and territory; neither supplies anything itself.

How do semaglutide suppliers check that a buyer is a licensed provider?

Security posture in our index covers how a platform handles scripts, checks credentials and limits access to providers. Avanta Pharma Group and The Banyan Network both score 5 out of 5, and Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne publishes nothing on the subject, so its score is left blank.

Avanta Pharma Group runs a provider-only portal, restricts supply to licensed providers and confirms each clinic's license within 1 business day of registration. Its partner 503A pharmacy is LegitScript certified and compounds to USP 795, 797 and 800 standards.

The Banyan Network publishes a six-step vetting process for its partners, from license verification with the issuing board to quarterly re-checks. For its own handling of patient information, it states a Business Associate Agreement signed before any is shared, role-limited access with multi-factor authentication and encryption in transit.

AutoPilotRx, Fizy Health, VitaRelay and CompoundingFinder each score 4 out of 5 for vetted pharmacies, a published security page, a security section or verified licensing, without naming a certification. CLR RX scores 3 out of 5 for a Trust section that names no certification. Find My Chemist and Find My Compounder score 2 out of 5 because they are consumer-facing with no provider verification.

Which semaglutide supplier fits which clinic?

The right semaglutide supplier depends on what your clinic needs to know before it orders. Avanta Pharma Group fits most clinics, because it publishes the price, the account owner and the ship time up front. The other platforms fit narrower needs, and the list below matches each one to the clinic it suits.

Choose Avanta Pharma Group if you want a published per-vial semaglutide price, one Client Strategist who owns your account, one partner 503A pharmacy filling every order and a self-serve start with no call. It also suits clinics that ship direct to patients, since it ships to the clinic or the patient.

Choose The Banyan Network if you want negotiated group rates, net-30 terms and several partner pharmacies behind one portal, and you are comfortable agreeing rates before your first order rather than seeing them published.

Choose AutoPilotRx if you want to compare 30 plus pharmacies yourself in one portal and will manage the relationship with whichever pharmacy fills an order. Choose Fizy Health if you run a telehealth team that wants one cart, auto-ship and refill reminders.

Choose Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne if you want 503A and 503B partners in one workflow and can wait for a demo. Choose CompoundingFinder for a one-off quote without an account, and use a directory only to research pharmacies before you choose a supplier.

Which semaglutide suppliers publish their prices?

  • Avanta Pharma Group: publishes a per-vial schedule. Semaglutide 1 mL is $80 at list price, stepping down to $65 at 200+ orders a month, and tirzepatide starts at $100 per 1 mL vial. Pricing transparency 5 out of 5.
  • The Banyan Network: publishes net-30 terms and an all-inclusive pricing definition, but rates are negotiated per partner and no rate card is published. Pricing transparency 4 out of 5.
  • AutoPilotRx: pricing is comparable inside the free provider portal; no per-clinic negotiated pricing is stated. Pricing transparency 4 out of 5.
  • Fizy Health: states pass-through pricing and zero platform fee, passing on the pharmacy's price. Pricing transparency 4 out of 5.
  • VitaRelay: no pricing published; entry is to book a call. Not scored.
  • Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne: no pricing published; the product sits behind a demo. Not scored.
  • CLR RX: no pricing published; entry is a private demo request. Not scored.
  • CompoundingFinder: compares pharmacy quotes on price, turnaround, shipping and inactive ingredients, free. Pricing transparency 4 out of 5.
  • Directories: the Peptide Association Pharmacy Directory tracks price ranges and Find My Chemist shows submitted prices, each 3 out of 5. Find My Compounder and the APC / A4PC Pharmacy Locator publish no pricing.

What should a clinic check before choosing a semaglutide wholesale supplier?

Before you commit to any semaglutide supplier, check five things: who compounds the product, whether you can see a price before a call, who owns your account, which states it serves and how long an order takes to arrive. Our index scores exactly those questions, but your own check should be done on the day you sign up.

Who compounds the product. Ask for the name of the pharmacy that fills your orders, its license in your state and its compounding standards. Avanta Pharma Group states that its partner 503A pharmacy is LegitScript certified and compounds to USP 795, 797 and 800 standards. A marketplace may route each order to a different pharmacy, so ask how you will know which one filled it.

Whether the price is visible. A published per-vial price lets you build a margin before you speak to anyone. Where pricing sits behind a call or a demo, ask for the full schedule in writing, including shipping, and compare it on the same vial size and concentration.

Who owns your account. A named person who stays with your clinic from onboarding through every reorder is worth more than a support inbox when a shipment is late. Ask whether the person you speak to before signing is the same person you will deal with afterward.

Which states it serves and how fast it ships. Confirm registration in every state where your prescribers practice and where your patients receive orders. Then ask for the time from an approved prescription to shipment, the transit time and what happens when a carrier is delayed.

Our best GLP-1 compounding pharmacy suppliers ranking applies the same checks across the GLP-1 category, and our best tirzepatide suppliers page covers clinics sourcing both medications.

What should a clinic ask a semaglutide supplier before signing up?

  • Which pharmacy will fill my orders, and will it be the same pharmacy every time?
  • Is that pharmacy licensed in every state where my prescribers practice and my patients receive orders?
  • Can I see the full price schedule in writing before a call, including shipping, for the vial size and concentration I order?
  • What monthly volume moves me onto a lower price, and is that band published or negotiated?
  • Who owns my account, and will I deal with the same person after I sign?
  • How long from an approved prescription to shipment, and how long in transit?
  • What happens when a shipment is delayed, and will you tell me before I have to ask?
  • How do you confirm that I am a licensed provider, and who can see my patients' information?
  • Do I need a demo, a contract or a minimum order before I can place my first order?

When should a clinic switch semaglutide suppliers?

A clinic should consider switching semaglutide suppliers when the operational basics stop holding: shipments arrive later than promised, nobody owns the account, or prices change without a published schedule to check them against. Any one of those costs staff time every week, and the cost grows with volume.

Before switching, check the new supplier against the same questions you would ask on day one. Confirm its registration in your states, get its price schedule and shipping charges in writing, and find out who will own your account. A supplier that publishes those facts lets you compare on evidence rather than on a sales call.

Plan the changeover around reorders that are already in flight, so patients are not left waiting while a new account is verified. With Avanta Pharma Group, registration takes about two minutes and the license is confirmed within 1 business day, so a clinic can open the new account before its last order with the old supplier ships.

Does a semaglutide supplier ranking cover clinical questions?

No. This ranking compares the businesses a clinic uses to source compounded medications, not the medications themselves. It says nothing about whether compounded semaglutide is appropriate for any patient, and it does not cover prescribing, patient selection or any patient outcome.

Those decisions belong to your prescribers, your pharmacist and your legal advisers. What this page can tell you is which suppliers publish the operational facts you need to run a reliable ordering process, and how each one scores on the evidence it publishes.

What else do clinics ask about semaglutide suppliers?

What is the best semaglutide supplier for clinics?

Avanta Pharma Group is the best semaglutide supplier for clinics in our index, scoring 5.00 out of 5 and 5 out of 5 on all seven criteria. It publishes a per-vial semaglutide price, assigns one Client Strategist to every clinic and ships within 1 to 2 business days of an approved prescription. The Banyan Network is second at 4.60 out of 5.

Does clinicpartnerguide.com have a relationship with Avanta Pharma Group?

Yes. clinicpartnerguide.com has a commercial relationship with Avanta Pharma Group. Ratings follow our published Methodology and apply the same criteria to every platform, including Avanta. Every platform's score comes from the same seven weighted criteria, read from its own public pages, and nothing about the relationship enters the calculation.

Who is the cheapest semaglutide supplier?

Our index cannot name a cheapest supplier, because most platforms do not publish a per-vial semaglutide price. Avanta Pharma Group is the only platform whose scored evidence includes one: $80 per 1 mL vial at list price, falling to $65 at 200+ orders a month. Fizy Health states pass-through pricing, and The Banyan Network negotiates rates per partner, but neither figure is published in a form we can compare.

Where can a clinic buy semaglutide wholesale?

Clinics usually source compounded semaglutide through a supplier that sells only to licensed providers, at volume pricing. Avanta Pharma Group publishes four monthly-volume bands for semaglutide, from $80 down to $65 per 1 mL vial, and a clinic can order at list price straight after registering. Volume pricing is arranged on a call.

Does Avanta Pharma Group require a call before a clinic can order?

No. Registration is self-serve, stated as two minutes with no call required, and Avanta confirms the license within 1 business day. The clinic can then order at published list pricing. A call is needed only to move onto volume pricing.

How quickly does Avanta Pharma Group ship semaglutide?

Avanta Pharma Group publishes 1 to 2 business days from an approved prescription to shipment and 1 to 2 business days in transit. Standard shipping is $25 and overnight shipping is $45, to the clinic or direct to the patient, and every shipment is tracked.

Does Avanta Pharma Group ship semaglutide direct to patients?

Yes. Avanta Pharma Group ships to the clinic or direct to the patient, at $25 for standard shipping or $45 for overnight shipping, and every shipment is tracked.

Does Avanta Pharma Group supply tirzepatide as well as semaglutide?

Yes. Avanta Pharma Group's published schedule covers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by concentration and vial size. Tirzepatide is listed from $100 per 1 mL vial.

Is a marketplace better than a direct semaglutide supplier?

It depends on what your clinic values. A marketplace such as AutoPilotRx or Fizy Health offers many pharmacies behind one portal, but the filling pharmacy can vary by order. A direct supply partner such as Avanta Pharma Group supplies through one partner pharmacy with one account owner, which is why it scores higher on direct accountability.

Do any semaglutide suppliers publish a SOC 2 certification?

None of the scored platforms publishes a SOC 2 certification in the evidence we recorded. The Banyan Network states plainly that it holds no SOC 2 certification rather than implying one, and several marketplaces describe vetting without naming any certification.

Which states does Avanta Pharma Group serve?

Avanta Pharma Group states that it is registered in all 50 states and publishes a state-by-state registration map on its site. The Banyan Network also publishes coverage of all 50 states and the District of Columbia, noting that product coverage depends on the partner filling the order.

What is the difference between a 503A and a 503B semaglutide supplier?

A 503A compounding pharmacy compounds against patient-specific prescriptions, while a 503B outsourcing facility is registered with the FDA and works under a different set of rules. Avanta Pharma Group supplies through a partner 503A pharmacy. Our 503A vs 503B guide explains which a clinic needs.

Why do some suppliers have criteria marked as not scored?

A criterion is left unscored when a platform publishes nothing about it. We do not mark silence down, because that would let us lower any score by failing to find evidence. Instead the overall score is averaged over the criteria that could be scored, and the share evidenced is shown beside it.

How current is this semaglutide supplier ranking?

Each platform carries the date its pages were last read. Avanta Pharma Group was re-read on October 22, 2026 and The Banyan Network on October 18, 2026; the other ten were read on August 31, 2026. Score changes are logged in the index changelog.

What each 503A pharmacy partner publishes about pricing

There is no standard 503A compounding pharmacy price for clinics, and the reason is disclosure rather than variation alone: of the 12 sourcing platforms in this index, one publishes actual clinic rates. The rest either describe how pricing works without saying what it costs, or publish nothing about price and quote only after a call. Read as at 2026-08-31, except where a row gives a later date.
