Corrections policy

If something on Clinic Partner Guide is wrong, we want to fix it, and we would rather hear about it from you than leave it standing.

Reporting an error

Email editorial@health.example.com with the page URL and what is wrong. If you can point at a source, that speeds things up considerably.

What we do

• Factual errors are corrected as soon as we can verify the correct information, and the page’s update date changes.
• Out-of-date prices or availability are re-verified against the provider’s published information, and the last-checked date changes.
• Errors that changed a recommendation carry a dated correction note on the page itself, because silently editing a conclusion is not a correction.

What we will not do

We do not remove or soften an accurate, sourced statement because a company would prefer we did. If you believe a statement is inaccurate, show us the source and we will look at it properly.

Dates

We do not change a page’s update date without changing the page. A refreshed date always means something was actually re-checked or rewritten.
