Competitive Pricing at Every Volume

Avanta Pharma Group works through established 503A pharmacy partner relationships and combines purchasing volume across the clinics it supplies to negotiate rates that scale. Whether a practice orders a couple of dozen vials a month or several hundred, pricing is banded rather than gated behind a large minimum commitment, and the entry band is orderable at published list pricing without a call.

  1. Band 125-49 orders a month$80 per vial: list price, orderable with no call
  2. Band 250-99 orders a month$75 per vial
  3. Band 3100-199 orders a month$70 per vial
  4. Band 4200+ orders a month$65 per vial, the lowest published price

Of the 19 suppliers Clinic Partner Guide tracks (12 sourcing platforms and 7 pharmacies), 2 publish per-vial rates a clinic can read before making contact, and Avanta Pharma Group is one of them. Most of this market quotes only after a call or a provider account, which is why the figures above are unusual rather than ordinary. They are Avanta Pharma Group’s own published list rates, read from its site on 2026-10-22, and you can check them there.

Rates shown are Avanta Pharma Group’s published list pricing and may change. Volume pricing is quoted per clinic, so the rate a practice pays depends on its own monthly volume, formulation and terms. Avanta Pharma Group is a pharmacy sourcing partner: compounding is performed by its 503A pharmacy partners rather than by Avanta Pharma Group itself.

Fees on top of the medication price: what a sourcing platform can charge a clinic, and where it is published

In our reading of the pages we checked on 17 October 2026, the fees a sourcing platform publishes for clinics sit in four places: an entry charge (setup, membership or monthly), a per-order fee on top of the medication price, fees folded into an all-inclusive price, and fees the platform charges the pharmacy instead of the clinic. Each platform states its own lines, on its own pages.

The short answer

In our reading of the pages we checked on 17 October 2026, the fees a sourcing platform publishes for clinics sit in four places: an entry charge (setup, membership or monthly), a per-order fee on top of the medication price, fees folded into an all-inclusive price, and fees the platform charges the pharmacy instead of the clinic. Each platform states its own lines, on its own pages.

Below are the fee statements from six sourcing platforms' own pages and the index record for a seventh, all in Clinic Partner Guide's Compounded Sourcing Platform IndexSource 2, quoted as read today, then five asks to put to any supplier before a first orderSource 1. This page reports what is published. It does not say whether any fee is high, low or fair.

Four places a fee can sit

Our reading of the pages quoted below, not survey data:

Key takeaways

  • Entry. A setup, membership, implementation or monthly charge for holding an account.
  • Per order. A fee added at checkout, separate from the medication price, stated as a percentage or a line.
  • Inside the price. An "all-inclusive" price that names what it covers, so fee lines are folded in rather than shown.
  • On the pharmacy's side. A fee the platform charges the pharmacy, which a clinic learns about only if the platform publishes it.

A statement about one place says nothing about the others. Fizy Health's pricing page shows the difference plainly: one sentence states "$0 setup, $0 per month" and "a 9% facilitation fee on medication subtotal"Source 5. Both hold at once. Ask about all four.

What published fee statements say, read 17 October 2026

Quoted from each platform's own pages, read 17 October 2026, unless marked as the index record (scored 31 August 2026; The Banyan Network's record verified 2 October 2026)Source 1. "Not published" means not stated on the pages listed. The four directories in the index are left out. So is Avanta Pharma Group: Clinic Partner Guide has a commercial affiliation with it (see the disclosure above), so this page does not quote its fee wording. A quote is not a verdict on the platform.

Key takeaways

  • Fizy Health. Entry line: "$0 setup, $0 per month"Source 5. Per-order line: "The facilitation fee is 9% of your medication subtotal before processing and shipping."Source 5Where else: its pass-through page says "Checkout shows pass-through drug cost plus a disclosed facilitation fee per order."Source 6
  • The Banyan Network. Entry line: "No membership fees"Source 7. Inside the price: "All-inclusive pricing", described on the page as "Medication, supplies, dispensing fees, and shipping."Source 7Where else: "Net-30 terms"Source 7. Index record: rates "are fixed in the agreement before a first order"Source 1.
  • AutoPilotRx. Entry line: "No Cost to Providers"Source 8. Index record: "States the portal is free for providers, with no membership fee."Source 1Per-order line: not published. Where else: not published.
  • Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne. Entry line: "No Upfront Implementation Fees"Source 9. Per-order line: not published. Index record: "No pricing is published; the product sits behind a demo."Source 1Where else: not published.
  • VitaRelay. Entry line: not published. Per-order line: not published. Index record: "No pricing is published; entry is book a call."Source 1Where else: terms, section 5 (dated 18 May 2026): "Fees, commissions, and payout terms applicable to your account type are described in your in-product agreements and order confirmations."Source 10
  • CompoundingFinder. Entry line: "Yes. Our service is completely free for patients, pet owners, providers, clinics, and hospitals."Source 11Per-order line: takes no orders. Index record: "The service ends at introduction; the clinic then deals with the pharmacy directly."Source 1Pharmacy side: "Pharmacy partners receive their first five patient connections free, then a $25 connection fee applies only when a requester selects their quote."Source 11
  • CLR RX. Entry line: its home page did not load for us on 17 October 2026 (HTTP 401)Source 12. Index record: "No pricing is published; entry is a private demo request."Source 1Where else: not read (home page returned HTTP 401).

What the wording tells a buyer

  • The rate can sit on a different page from the fee's name. Fizy Health's pass-through page names "a disclosed facilitation fee per order" but gives no percentage; the 9% is on its pricing pageSource 6.Source 5
  • The base matters as much as the rate. A percentage means little without what it is taken from. Fizy Health's pricing page answers that: "before processing and shipping"Source 5.
  • Some fee terms sit inside the product. VitaRelay's public terms point to "in-product agreements and order confirmations"Source 10. Ask for a copy before you sign up.
  • No fee to the clinic describes one side. CompoundingFinder states its service is free to clinics and publishes a connection fee for pharmacy partnersSource 11. Where a clinic pays no fee, ask the platform how it is paid.

Five asks to put in writing

Any supplier can answer these. Send them before the first order and keep the replies in your file.

  1. Every fee, by name.

Get in writing: each fee that applies to your account (setup, membership, monthly, implementation, per order, card processing, anything else on an invoice), with its amount or rate and when it is charged. Our RFP question templateSource 14 has a matching question.

  2. The base for any percentage.

Get in writing: what each percentage fee is calculated on, what is added before or after it, and a sample invoice built from your own order list.

  3. The document that sets the fee.

Get in writing: the agreement, terms page or in-product page that sets fees for your account type, with its version or date, before you accept it.

  4. What the price includes, and who else pays.

Get in writing: for an all-inclusive price, the lines inside it; and whether any pharmacy pays the platform in connection with your orders.

  5. Notice of change.

Get in writing: how, and how far ahead, you will be told before a fee is added or changed. Where a page promises a fixed rate, ask where the terms record it.

What this page does not cover

Shipping charges are left out; they carry their own terms and deserve their own questions. So is the medication price itself: our price page guideSource 13 covers list prices, volume and validity.

We make no judgment on whether a fee is reasonable, and nothing here is tax, accounting or legal advice. In the words of our methodology, "A platform can change its pages the day after we read them."Source 3Re-read a page before you rely on it.

Questions clinics ask

Do compounding sourcing platforms charge clinics a fee?

Some publish one and some state there is none. On 17 October 2026, Fizy Health's pricing page stated a 9% facilitation fee on the medication subtotalSource 5, The Banyan Network's home page read "No membership fees"Source 7and AutoPilotRx's read "No Cost to Providers"Source 8. Ask any platform to list every fee in writing.

What is a facilitation fee?

It is a platform's own term, so it means what that platform's page says. Fizy Health defines its fee as "9% of your medication subtotal before processing and shipping", shown at checkout as a separate line from the drug costSource 5.Source 6 Read each platform's definition before comparing two.

Does "no membership fee" mean there are no other fees?

Not by itself. A membership line answers one question. Ask about per-order, processing and implementation lines too, and about what any all-inclusive price includes.

Where do platforms publish their fees?

On the pages we read on 17 October 2026: a pricing page, an FAQ, a home-page line, and a terms page that points to agreements inside the productSource 5.Source 7 Some give no per-order figure.Source 10 Ask for the document that sets fees for your account.

Does Clinic Partner Guide's index score fees?

Not as a criterion of its own. Our index compares 12 sourcing platforms on 7 operational criteria, scored 31 August 2026Source 2. Pricing transparency checks "Whether retail tiers are published, and whether volume or per-clinic pricing is explained rather than quoted only on request", and onboarding speed asks "whether a call or a membership fee stands in the way"Source 3.

Does Clinic Partner Guide have a commercial relationship with any platform in the index?

What each 503A pharmacy partner publishes about pricing

There is no standard 503A compounding pharmacy price for clinics, and the reason is disclosure rather than variation alone: of the 12 sourcing platforms in this index, one publishes actual clinic rates. The rest either describe how pricing works without saying what it costs, or publish nothing about price and quote only after a call. Read as at 2026-08-31, except where a row gives a later date.
