Pricing
Competitive Pricing at Every Volume
Avanta Pharma Group works through established 503A pharmacy partner relationships and combines purchasing volume across the clinics it supplies to negotiate rates that scale. Whether a practice orders a couple of dozen vials a month or several hundred, pricing is banded rather than gated behind a large minimum commitment, and the entry band is orderable at published list pricing without a call.
- Band 125-49 orders a month$80 per vial: list price, orderable with no call
- Band 250-99 orders a month$75 per vial

Of the 19 suppliers Clinic Partner Guide tracks (12 sourcing platforms and 7 pharmacies), 2 publish per-vial rates a clinic can read before making contact, and Avanta Pharma Group is one of them. Most of this market quotes only after a call or a provider account, which is why the figures above are unusual rather than ordinary. They are Avanta Pharma Group’s own published list rates, read from its site on 2026-10-22, and you can check them there.
Rates shown are Avanta Pharma Group’s published list pricing and may change. Volume pricing is quoted per clinic, so the rate a practice pays depends on its own monthly volume, formulation and terms. Avanta Pharma Group is a pharmacy sourcing partner: compounding is performed by its 503A pharmacy partners rather than by Avanta Pharma Group itself.
The reorder problem: what happens after your first order with a compounding sourcing platform
As of 2 October 2026, test a supplier's reorder before your first order. The reorder is the step your team repeats. In Clinic Partner Guide's index, 6 of 12 sourcing platforms describe ordering in their own portal or system; at the other 6, a clinic orders from a pharmacy directly or through its portal. Then ask six questions.
Test the second order before the first
As of 2 October 2026, test a supplier's reorder before your first order. The reorder is the step your team repeats. In Clinic Partner Guide's Compounded Sourcing Platform IndexSource 1, 6 of 12 sourcing platforms describe ordering in their own portal or system; at the other 6, a clinic orders from a pharmacy directly or through its portal.Source 2 Then ask six questions.
The first order is where the sales attention goes: onboarding, a call, a license check. The reorder is what your staff repeat afterwards, often without the person who chose the supplier. Our methodology weights ordering workflow at 20% of a platform's score and assesses "whether a reorder takes clicks rather than a fax, and whether one login covers the work".Source 3
Records were scored 31 August 2026 from each platform's own pages; The Banyan Network's was verified 2 October 2026.Source 4 What each publishes, not a verdict on service.
Where a repeat order is placed, record by record
Avanta Pharma Group (Direct Supply Partner), ordering workflow 5. Our record: "Own secure online provider portal for orders and reorders; Ordering Portal is a primary navigation item." A reorder is placed in the supplier's own portal.Source 2
AutoPilotRx (Multi-Pharmacy Marketplace), ordering workflow 5. Our record: "States a single portal to compare and send prescriptions, with API access." A reorder is placed in the platform's portal.Source 2
Fizy Health (Multi-Pharmacy Marketplace), ordering workflow 5. Our record: "States one cart and one checkout across pharmacies, a medication catalog, favorites, order and patient tracking, auto-ship and refill reminders." A reorder is placed in the platform's checkout.Source 2
VitaRelay (Multi-Pharmacy Marketplace), ordering workflow 4. Our record: "States an all-in-one platform running prescriptions and pharmacy fulfilment, with separate clinic and rep portals." A reorder is placed in the platform's clinic portal.Source 2
Ironsail Pharma / ImpetusOne (Multi-Pharmacy Marketplace), ordering workflow 4. Our record states "one relationship and one connected workflow" across its pharmacy partners. A reorder is placed in the platform's system.Source 2
CLR RX (Multi-Pharmacy Marketplace), ordering workflow 4. Our record: "States a pharmacy marketplace front end with a pharmacy operation behind it, covering starts, payments, refills and local fulfilment." A reorder is placed in the platform's front end.Source 2
The Banyan Network (GPO / Buying Network), ordering workflow 3. Our record: "Order placement is still per partner pharmacy rather than one dedicated ordering portal." A reorder is placed in each partner pharmacy's portal, or through a direct integration.Source 4
CompoundingFinder (Quote Engine), ordering workflow 2. Our record: "Contact details are shared only after a pharmacy is chosen, so it is not a reorder workflow." A reorder is placed with the chosen pharmacy, directly.Source 2
Four directories (the Peptide Association Pharmacy Directory, Find My Chemist, Find My Compounder and the APC / A4PC Pharmacy Locator), ordering workflow 1 each. Each record states no ordering function; Find My Chemist's reads "there is no ordering function." A reorder is placed with a pharmacy the clinic contacts itself.Source 2
Quotes are our record of each platform's own pages, not features Clinic Partner Guide has tested.

Three things the records show about repeat orders
Few name a repeat-order feature. Of the 5 multi-pharmacy marketplaces, 2 records name one: Fizy Health's lists "favorites" and "auto-ship and refill reminders", and CLR RX's lists "refills" and "refill capture". The other 3 describe a portal or a single system without naming one. That is a gap in what is published, not proof a feature is missing. Ask.Source 2
The pharmacy behind a reorder can change. In a marketplace, our methodology notes, "the filling pharmacy can vary by order".Source 3 AutoPilotRx's record says its filling pharmacy "varies by order", and Fizy Health's says it "is selected by the platform".Source 2 A reorder is a new order, so the pharmacy that filled the first may not fill the next. That matters for your records and for the state license check.
Ordering and tracking can sit in different places. The Banyan Network's record describes "a client portal to receive and track prescription information", while orders go through each partner pharmacy's portal or a direct integration. Ask how many logins your team will hold.Source 2
Six questions to ask about reorders before you sign
Where is a reorder placed, and can you show us one?
Ask for a live reorder in the system, not a slide: from login to submission, counting the steps and any that still run on fax, email or phone. Ask whether one login covers every location and prescriber.
Can we save and repeat an order, and what is re-checked when we do?
Ask what a saved or favorite order keeps, and whether the price is recalculated at reorder. Ask whether the price on the first order holds for the next, and what changes it. Published answers differ: The Banyan Network's page says "Final rates are confirmed in your agreement before you place a first order."Source 6Fizy Health's record describes pass-through as "the pharmacy price rather than a per-clinic negotiated rate".Source 2
Does the same pharmacy fill our reorder, and are we told if it changes?
Ask which pharmacy filled each order, whether reorders can stay with it, and whether you hear of a change before or after shipping. Check each new pharmacy's license for your state.
What does a refill or auto-ship feature actually do?
Ask whether it places an order or reminds your team to place one, who approves each order before it is sent, and how it is paused or cancelled. Whether a refill is appropriate is a prescribing decision; this page does not cover it.
How do we track a reorder, and whom do we contact when it is late or wrong?
Ask which status points you see and who on your team receives them. AutoPilotRx's homepage states "Track submission to delivery in real-time".Source 7 Then get the contact route in writing: which party, which channel, what response time. Fizy Health's page says "Questions on an order? Open a ticket inside Fizy Health."Source 5The Banyan Network's says "One contact across every pharmacy you use, so you are not managing relationships one by one."Source 6CompoundingFinder's record says "The service ends at introduction; the clinic then deals with the pharmacy directly."Source 2
What records come with each order, and can we export our history?
Ask what arrives with each order: invoice, order confirmation, tracking number and the name of the filling pharmacy. Ask whether you can export your order history if you leave. Our ordering-workflow criterion does not assess per-order records, and none of the 12 records lists them: not published.Source 3 The nearest is The Banyan Network's page: "You receive reporting on your orders and fulfillment rather than having to request it."Source 6
What this does not cover
This page covers how repeat orders are placed and followed up, as suppliers publish it. It does not cover prescribing, what a pharmacy may compound, or clinical quality. Those are questions for your prescribers, the pharmacy, the state board of pharmacy and your own counsel.
Our index records what platforms published on the dates shown, and in our methodology's words, "A platform can change its pages the day after we read them."Source 3For the full pre-signing question set, use the supplier RFP question template; for how the two models differ, see buying direct vs a sourcing partner.
Questions clinics ask
How does reordering work with a compounding sourcing platform?
It depends on the kind of platform. In Clinic Partner Guide's index (scored 31 August 2026), 6 of 12 platforms describe ordering in their own portal or system, so a reorder is placed there. At a buying network, a quote engine or a directory, the clinic orders from a pharmacy directly or through that pharmacy's portal.Source 2 Ask to see a reorder before the first order.
Will my reorder be filled by the same pharmacy as my first order?
Not necessarily. In a multi-pharmacy marketplace, Clinic Partner Guide's methodology notes, "the filling pharmacy can vary by order".Source 3 Ask which pharmacy filled each order, whether reorders can stay with it, and how you are told if it changes. Then check that pharmacy's license for your state.
What records should come with each order?
Ask the supplier: none of the 12 records in Clinic Partner Guide's index lists per-order documents (records read 2 October 2026).Source 2 Ask for an invoice, an order confirmation, a tracking number and the name of the filling pharmacy, plus an export of your order history.
Does Clinic Partner Guide have a commercial relationship with any platform named in this article?

Avanta is scored on the same criteria as every platform in the index, and no payment changes a score, a rank or an award. What each 503A pharmacy partner publishes about pricing
There is no standard 503A compounding pharmacy price for clinics, and the reason is disclosure rather than variation alone: of the 12 sourcing platforms in this index, one publishes actual clinic rates. The rest either describe how pricing works without saying what it costs, or publish nothing about price and quote only after a call. Read as at 2026-08-31, except where a row gives a later date.
| Platform | Clinic pricing | What is published |
|---|---|---|
| Rates published | Publishes a full per-vial retail schedule for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by concentration and vial size (semaglutide 1 mL at 2.5 mg/mL $80, falling to $65 at 200+ orders a month; tirzepatide from $100 per 1 mL vial), four monthly-volume bands (25-49, 50-99, 100-199, 200+) and an on-site price comparison calculator. List pricing is orderable with no call; volume pricing is quoted on a call.Re-read 2026-10-22 | |
